Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and relaxing, though it took some time for the temperature to adjust. The service was friendly and efficient, with some minor improvements needed in attention to detail. The location was convenient, close to downtown Granville with a beautiful pond, but with some littering issues. The dining experience was disappointing in terms of variety and pricing. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for enhancements.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some cleanliness issues like toys under the bed, crumbs, and cobwebs; however, the courtyard view was enjoyable, and the large tub was a nice touch. The carpet odor was a downside. The service was top-notch, especially from Tasha at the Pub/restaurant, who was friendly and professional. The location was relaxing with an amazing pond, but be cautious if you're sensitive to mold. The dining was quite expensive for the limited options, and being charged for almost everything was a letdown.
The hotel had very clean rooms, but some issues with previous guests' soap left in the soap spread, and there were spiders around. However, having separated beds was a plus point. The service was top-notch, with quick check-in by the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and accommodating. The location had potential to be very nice, with a modern touch and plenty of indoor seating, though some areas needed better care. The dining experience was decent, with warm but not hot food in the bar and breakfast taking about half an hour. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
